Welcome to Flare. These Terms govern your use of Flare's mobile application and services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Community Guidelines
1.1 Zero Tolerance Policy
Flare has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content, abusive behavior, and harassment.
1.2 Prohibited Content
You may NOT post content that:
- Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
- Depicts violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
- Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains spam or malware
- Promotes illegal activities
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
1.3 Consequences
Violators will be immediately removed from the platform.
- Immediate content removal for violations
- Account suspension or permanent ban
- Reporting to authorities for illegal content
- No refunds for paid subscriptions
2. Content Moderation
2.1 Reporting
Users can report objectionable content, harassment, spam, and violations.
2.2 Response Time
All reports reviewed within 24 hours.
2.3 User Blocking
Users may block others to prevent unwanted interactions and maintain personal safety.
3. Account & Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirements
Must be 13+ to use Flare. Under 18 requires parental consent.
3.2 Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your password secure
- Notify us of unauthorized access
4. Privacy & Data
We collect profile info, content, usage data, and analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.1 Location Data
Used to show nearby moments, enable capture functionality, and provide location features. Control via device settings.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership but grant Flare a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
5.2 Flare's Property
The app, website, logos, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6. Paid Features
6.1 Flare Pro
- Monthly or annual billing
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Managed through App Store
- No refunds for partial periods
7. Disclaimers
Flare is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of location data
- Availability of specific features
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or user-generated content. Damages limited to $100 or amount paid in last 12 months.
7.2 Safety
Be aware of surroundings, obey laws, respect private property, don't use while driving. We're not responsible for accidents or injuries.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes.

10. Apple App Store
